I'm pregnant with twins and I'm a bit picky with food :) But alas! Despite the finicky tastebuds, Teriyaki Boy still got me! I indulged myself in a heavy meal of almost a dozen pieces of California Maki plus a bowlful of Katsudon. I also had great delight as I watched my baby daughter enjoy her Tofu Steak. I'm definitely coming back for more :)

Truevali has tried yet another Crazy Roll from Teriyaki Boy - Cinco de Mayo. It is a veggie roll which contains Red Pepper, Cream cheese and Cilantro. We must say that this is a must try crazy roll. We actually loved the taste, as every element of the maki mixes in your mouth, it brings the cilantro taste, heightened by the red bell pepper and made scrumptious by the smooth cream cheese filling. Try it and enjoy it!

The food at Teriyaki Boy is not comparable in quality to the kind of food served at Furusato or Sugi. There aren’t too many items to choose from and they don’t serve the really exotic Japanese dishes with expensive ingredients. I suppose that’s the secret behind the cheaper prices. The principle behind Teriyaki Boy is like choosing Japanese dishes that have already proven popular with Filipino diners and putting them in one menu.
