I was really young when first introduced to Le Ching. It’s our usual favorite Sunday afternoon hangout when we need to go out for snacks and we’re in the mood for Chinese –which my family is always in the mood for.
I still see a couple of the wait crew from 12 years ago, which gives me nostalgia every time I still stop by and visit.
On the Table
Sparerib Rice (2)
The flavorful sparerib rice is Le Ching’s claim to fame. This is always a staple in every table in Le Ching even during merienda. It’s steaming white rice topped with pork spareribs in light tausi sauce. The thick brown tausi sauce makes one want to eat more rice.
Hakao
Chicken Feet
Even if we’re both Chinese, we are not really fond of Chicken Feet. We are squeamish in eating them. Once in a while, we include it in our order and attempt to enjoy the dish –like how we see other people enjoy it. Most of the time, it is left almost untouched on our table.
Century Egg PHP

You have never really been to greenhills if you have not tried Le Ching! This Classic Chinese Restaurant has lasted through time. You know that this is one of the BEST Chinese restaurants because it has outlasted and outclassed its competitors! Truly a must try! Their price is very affordable and the food quality is very good! My favorite is the Beef Brisket Rice and fried dumplings! Friendly waiters/waitresses who have been loyal to the restaurant are always there to serve you. Highly Recommended!

Le Ching has been a favorite among my male barkadas since our high school days, and that was like a little under two decades ago. The mere fact that Le Ching is still alive and kicking just proves that they're doing something right.
My hubby is pretty much addicted to their spareribs, which they serve in two ways: Spareribs Rice or Stewed Spareribs with Noodle (both P105). Spareribs Rice is quite simply steamed rice topped with spareribs, while the noodle version is spareribs on top of noodles served with a small bowl of broth on the side. Either way, it's what hubby always orders. I always have their Asado Cheongfan (P80), which is so good when eaten with their chili garlic sauce and a bit of calamansi. I swear Le Ching has the BEST chili garlic sauce EVER... I don't know how they do it but they seem to have lots of tiny crunchy garlic bits. I could eat rice with just their sauce. YUM!
The best part is, whenever hubby and I eat here we never spend more than 300 pesos.
