Cibo has always been comfort food. Through the years they have served the public consistenly with their gustatory delights that seem to tickle any palate and satisfy hungry tummies. I love dining at different restaurants but cibo is like home that i keep on coming back to. I highly reccomend the spinaci gorgonzola (appetizer), funghi risotto (rice), tagliatta di maiale (viand), stewed tomatoes bruschetta, i love everything...but my ultimate guilty pleasure is the lottimo (flourless chocolate cake), no matter what diet im on...or if im in the midst of a food coma (not being able to talk or move after being a glutton); i can not say no to this luscious piece of heaven. Its chocolate in its most creamy, carameliscious form. Cibo has made waves in the culinary industry, and Margarita Forres deserves more than just a pat on the back for making Cibo number one on my list and on others too. I heart Cibo.
PS. the tiramisu is mucho excellente as well!!

I have found over the years that people either like Cibo or not. Those who like it tend to be sandwich eaters and pasta lovers who like a taste something different as well as some ingredients like cured meats and cheese that aren't regularly available in most restaurants. Those who don't like it because it is definitely pricey if you look at the serving you get. For me, I like the food, but not as a regular because it gets expensive for me if I want to leave there not being 'bitin'. The potato chips are really good, thinly sliced and crispy. Though the food as well as the menu is not as good as it was before. When dining at Cibo, their pastas are often a good choice along with some sandwiches with cured meats. Be warned though, that servings aren't great, and the meals are pricey.
