Max's Restaurant

I don't get the fuss about this Max's Restaurant. Whenever we pass by there are always people seated outside waiting for their turn to go in. Their soups taste like those Knorr instant soups in packs, their chicken is nothing special and very expensive, and I don't get the appeal of kamote fries at all. We also tried their pancit canton and it's not good either. What is there to line up for? I've always wondered.
