Rodic's Food Express

Rodic's serves good food and is famous of their breakfast meals. I usually order bangusilog and from time to time their very famous tapsilog. I usually end up satisfied when I eat here.

The place is always full and the seating configuration seems to be crowded. Their recent price increase makes their pricing more unreasonable.

During my college days, Rodic's fulfilled my breakfast necessities. The tapsilog and longsilog meals were always perfect. The place is not very cozy but it's clean, and the affordability of the dishes is more than enough to satisfy the qualifications of student customers. Til now, I still look forward to another meal in this eatery - and I will have that meal when I request for my TOR next week. Weeeeee! :)

Rodic's is a canteen-style eatery that has branched out to doing catering in schools and different organizations. Their dishes consist of a good heap of rice along with some regular filipino canteen food like bistek tagalog, adobo, kaldereta, tapa with egg, logganisa with egg. The plus here, is that their dishes come at very low prices, compared to other restaurants.

As a student, Rodic's had provided me with a sumptuous meal at a very student-friendly price. The tapsi is the once which I always order whenever I visit this place. Although, one should be prepared to wait in order to get a seat. Usually, Rodic's is crowded during the break time, around 11am until 1pm. After that, getting a seat is a breeze.

I agree...it's not that great once you're already out of school. But when I was in college, their cheap but ever so reliable tapa with egg would be on top of my cravings list. I went back to eat there for old time's sake. Well, it's still okay. But seriously, they need to be more hygienic. It's crowded, the utensils look icky. The prices also went up. Atleast the ate's are still malambing! So I give them extra points for their friendliness.

I don't what the fuss is all about. The meat was tough and not really great-tasting. I prefer the tapa of Rufo's-Ortigas Center and Reyes Barbecue-Bonifacio Stopover.
