ate here with my bf the 2nd time around. This time i had the beef ribs and as usual, racks has never failed to satisfy my taste buds. my bf had the pasta bolognese which he found too salty. we were so hungry that we shared 3 cups of rice. once again they served me a cup of rice which was mostly tutong. service was still mediocre, the waiter assigned to our table still didn't write down our orders and barely remembered what we asked for when we asked him to recap. Fortunately for them, they only served us what we've ordered this time around, otherwise it would have been a long talk with the manager.

Ive eaten several times in racks greenhills but last week was my and my bf's first time to eat in this branch. As usual the food was great. I ordered the usual pork ribs with corn bread and baked beans. I don't like beans but the original recipe of racks baked beans made me crave for it. As per my bf, the corn bread tastes like mamon lol and he liked it. He ate pasta (as usual) and some breakfast ribs. they have huge american sized servings so the price is reasonable. I do agree though with the previous post that the only downside really is the service. the service is poor and indeed the crew were never attentive. I have experienced the same type of service in their greenhills branch as well (but at least the greenhills crew were decent enough to offer service with a smile). they never take down your order and come serving time they whip you up with some random beverage that you never requested. the ambiance was somewhat homey but it was open like a fastfood joint which i didn't like, so the people passing by could actually see you devour your food which. all in all, being the food lovers that we are, and me and my bf both agree that their food is awesome, we would not hesitate to go back but i would be prepared to call the attention of the manager if i receive the same type of service on my next visit.

the family platter was great! the serving was huge we couldn't even finished it. their onion rings wasn't that nice and the presentation was odd.. :O i also love their fried chicken and spaghetti.. their ribs and the sauce were the winner! :)
the staff were okay and has given us enough satisfaction.

We just ate at this restaurant last week. It was my boyfriend's first time to sample their food, and he was satisfied and happy. Both the chicken and the pork ribs are very tender and done right. It was a delight to fork the meat as it falls off easily from its bone. Of course, their special barbeque sauce complemented the meal very well.
The mojitos were also done right: satisfying and fresh. The only thing that has slightly dissapointed us was the the service. The staff was not as attentive as we have liked. It took some time for them to attend to our order, give the bill and to return the credit card. But with the cost and the quality of the food will always keep us coming back.
