If you are looking for one of the most tastiest tapsilog...

The scene: Think of your favorite (and sanitary) office cafeteria, but add a big dose of Pinoy art.

Hope the owner/s of Pupung & Friends will consider adding another space at SM Mall of Asia and expanding into branches. Let the eating experience at Pupung be felt by many!

why did they change from pupung and friends to dennis the grill boy?

takes long time for the grilled foods to serve and i understand why.lovin the interior, i love comics. i enjoyed the strip and the chair's color, orange and green. funny coz the first time i ate here im in a green-white-orange stripes.lol... ordered lolo's fave tuna belly and my gf's is liempo.. i liked the cream sauce that came with it.

if you're into filipino comfort foods and loves comic strips, this place is a must-go!the ambiance is so cool, it seems like you're atop a big newspaper because there is comic strip everywhere! you'll find yourself laughing cause every strip is funny! and the food, their great! it feels like you're eating in a 10-star carinderia cause the offerings are so common, yet they are served nicely and taste really good!my personal favorites are Crispy Sisig (because i love the food) and Inihaw na Liempo, which is served with a white sauce! (you'll ask for about 3 more extra rice once you taste this!) all food are at affordable prices, ranging from P40 to P125. However, since Pupung & Friends has become so popular, there are times that you have to wait until others are done eating before you can get a table, and it takes a while before the food is served. But, who cares, Filipinos love to wait for the sake of a good comfort food!

eat na keo sa s2re namin, mua na masarap pa at unlmited rice pa!!!!! = 18 =

Pupung and friends is the fastfood chain for pinoys who are kids-at-heart. I am a regular reader of the comic strip and also a regular costumer at their Vito Cruz branch (which is already closed) when I was still young. So when I heard that they've opened up a branch at MOA, I put it on my priority list to have a bite there during my free time. My first visit was followed by many more trips to the unique 'pinoy' fast food place in MOA (even if its quite far from where I live). I am delighted that they still got MY all-time favorites (hehe!) and to my surprise it still tastes the same! They reinvented and added a lot of new specialties on their list of menu which is all filipino dishes and all with a reasonable price. I also loved their interior and ambience, its modern, colorful and inviting! The walls are adorned by comic strips so while eating, you also get entertained by the wholesome humor of Pupung.

very Pinoy! you can eat your heart out with all the yummy food at amazingly affordable prize!
