Very bad service. I don't know if it's only on Saturday lunch time or every day, but my 3-year old daughter and I went there to have lunch and I had to ask for everything. They gave my daughter a spoon half the size of her face and when I asked for a smaller spoon, especially for ice cream, I was told to wait but it never came. One opportunity for my daughter to practice her fine motor skills and feed herself was lost. When we first sat down, I also had to ask for crayons and a coloring paper. In other restaurants, this is automatic. Then lastly, when I finally paid and in a rush to get out of there and enjoy the rest of our weekend, I was made to wait for what felt like forever to get the change. There's no one waitress or waiter serving you so you don't know who to follow up with. In the end, I left Italianni's with a bad taste, even if the food was good. It just goes to show how service is so crucial to a diner's experience. It's a shame because we live in the neighborhood and we would have been regulars if not for the poor service. I left the place telling off the wait staff. "Just because you've already forced a service charge out of me doesn't give you the right to waste my time." In other words, my family and I will not dine there again.

Its kinda difficult to find good veg pizzas in Taguig. But since it was my wife's b'day, so reached out to the menu of this restaurant and was kinda surprised to see so many veg options. Tried couple of pizza's here and trust me, those pizza's were really good. Ambience is preety good. And the staff is courteous. Looking forward to this restaurant to try other veg options.
