Elar's Lechon

2 weeks ago I ordered Lechon at Elars for delivery. I was talking to a staff named Marielle who was very accommodating. We agreed on the order and she made me pay via bank for the transaction. Today, we sent them a form considered a gate pass so that they can deliver the lechon at the venue. They returned the form via fax without caterers signature. I called them up to ell them to please sign the form so that we can return it to the venue to facilitate delivery. I spoke to a girl named CAROL RIVERA. She told me that they will not sign the doc until tom since they only know who the assigned driver is the day before the delivery. I told them that this will not do as it is the requirement of the venue to receive the gatepass before the event itself. We only have time to return all the forms today.She was insistent and very rudely said that there's nothing they can do. I asked her if i can talk to her superior so that we can make the arrangement. She then transferred me to this guy named Roldan Roca. He was even ruder than Carol. I was trying to make them understand the urgency of my request but to no avail, he slammed the phone on me to top it all of.

As a paying customer, they should be more flexible with the needs of the client. Payments have been made and it is just 2 days before the event. It's so infuriating dealing with staff that will not try to find a way to meet the needs of a paying customer.

I tried talking to a superior or to the owner but they will not give me any contact details. i do hope the owner finds out about this. Otherwise they will lose a lot of customers with the attitude of their staff.

Its very delicious. The meat was tender and juicy. Yum yum yum.
For me, no need to add sauce on it because its tasty already. Its flavorful...
I just love lechon! the skin, the meat, the fat…all good good good!
