Ebisu will catch you with their eat all you can sushi promo. I went there with my brother in law from Japan. He didn't even take more than two bites because he said that the rice was not really sushi rice. For those who don't know the real thing I guess it'll pass.

I go to Ebisu primarily for their eat all you can sushi promo, which is roughly 350 pesos (haven't been there in a while, so my memory's fuzzy). If you're a sushi and rolls addict this is definitely a good deal, as you'll merrily eat your way through 350 pesos in no time. My favorite roll is the one with scallops and the fried rolls with salmon and cream cheese (heaven!).
Service is a little spotty though, and the food can take a long time to arrive, especially when there's a whole bunch of you ordering the eat all you can sushi. The decor's all right, just a little odd for a japanese restaurant, and I'm not a fan of their music.
Still, if you want to binge on sushi and rolls, there's no cheaper way to go about it than going to ebisu!
