Cafe Sweet Inspirations

I am regular customer and today was the worst experience in Sweet Inspiration. I had breakfast today, May 22, 8:12 AM and they had the worst service for their buffet, no water given (i almost choked to death), no utensils given (so you had to request for it, no condiments and the way they gave out the requested condiment, it would be the customer to reach the waiter's convenient location to get it), the waiter will just get your cup without asking permission from the guest.The waiter spilled out the vinegar to my book and never even apologized.

I am so disappointed. Based on how I have observed today, it is apparent indeed that the waiters clearly need customer service training, including being sensitive to the needs of the customer and taking the initiative to ensure that guests are satisfied - this should then include how to interact with the customer.

Nevertheless, what I love about the place are their cakes and sweets, they stand by their name in terms of the cakes at very affordable prices, improving their customer service would complete their name then.

ate there for the first time after spending more than a decade of my life in katipunan:) Anyway, I looooooooove their mongolian buffet ( they have a student promo too! 160 for a single served bowl plus iced tea ) and their lemon torte (which tastes just right not too sweet, and lemony :)

loved their service too. they refill your water right away:D will definitely go back for more mongolian bowls:D

Whenever I stop by sweet inspirations at katipunan, I always leave full and satisfied. I often start with the mongolian buffet where you can pretty much stuff yourself with the usual choices of beef, pork, chicken, squid, vegetables, rice and sauces.

Afterwhich, enjoy the cakes they have. This is their specialty. Their cakes are good.

The plus here, is that in the tight spaces along katipunan, they actually have their own garage when customers can park which makes it a lot more convenient.

I like their banana cream pie. Please do not mistake it for some banoffee pie, because their pie is more of your old-fashioned pie... cream, banana and flaky crust made of flour and butter. Affordable prices and open 'til 11pm.

For cake lovers like me, very cheap cakes but super delicious. Must try!
