been there every night during our stay in Makati. My husband had fond looking around the scenes. I like frozen strawberry margarita and husband a pinacollada. It was just one awkward night that really pissed us off. One of the crew a guy try to cheat us, he might think that we are drunk. get the money inside ur billing paper instead of putting it over I was about to asked but then i check it again its inside hiding a 500 peso bill change. normally we left money for tips but fafa got really mad so he even get all the coins and small paper money.

A must during our get-together with high school friends in 1980's....Spareribs Habanera, Carribean Salmon with Mango Mambo Salsa and Cuban Stew Encendido.....a spicy Cuban cuisine adventure...a bit pricey but worth every cent (anyway, amount divided equally afterwards, ha ha ha), as precious as time spent with old time friends.

We're a group of friends who love to eat out during Fridays...we have what we call Friday club. We tried big buffets from Circles, Sofitel, Albas, Dads, etc. But Cafe Havana was our favorite. It's near our office, the food is great...we love their version of lechon...very tasty and crunchy! Hmmm the desserts!...can't avoid the temptation... no diet please...something healthier? we love the salad with different dressings to choose from....seafood...well... try the "sugpo" with the unique sauce.

On dull Friday nights after work, it's nice to have some chillax at Cafe Havana in Greenbelt 3 (just right across Starbucks). If you're up for some Mexican and Cuban dishes plus drinks/cocktails on the side, then Cafe Havana is your place.
It's been a month since the last time I've been to the place. We ordered Black Bean Hummus (a weird looking dip that's basically Cuban and tastes differently good) coupled with Mariquitas de Platanos (crispy banana slices). We also had Pepper Steak Hemingway that's a treat for those who's into spicy foods like moi. ^_^ Their serving of rice is BIG so ladies, you might wanna think twice on going for your second bowl (that is, if you're on a diet! hahaha!). Finally, we had Mojito and a couple of beers for some more post-meal chillaxin'.
The price? Well, just a 'lil bit pricey but the food is all worth it. As for the service, we dined al fresco that time so the waitress couldn't quite hear our order because of the loud music playing but I guess it was ok.
