Cabalen offers Eat-All-you-Can Buffet for only P392 (tax included).

You can savor all your Asian favorites like:
Thai Favorites (Pad Thai, Catfish with Mango Salad)
Japanese Favorites (Sashimi, Sushi, California Maki, Pork Tonkatsu, Vegetable and Prawn Tempura)
Filipino Favorites (Lechon, Sisig, Crispy Kangkong, Pinaputok na Tilapia, Tapang Kalabaw, Kare-Kare, Tokwa't Baboy, Crispy Crablets, Biringhe, Bopis, etc).

They have 60 varieties to choose from including some Filipino desserts, not to mention a flowing Chocolate Fondue for fresh fruits and marshmallows.

You can have bottomless Lemon Iced Tea or Red Iced Tea for only P67.

Its a good place to eat together with family or friends especially if you have a big appetite. A good value for money. You won't regret it.

I have checked out the other branches of Cabalen like in Festival Mall Alabang but they have don't have the same menu as in Glorietta 3. Their branch in SM Mall of Asia has the same menu in Glorietta 3. So guys, its up to you where you want to go...

Cabalen's buffet is arguably better than that of Kamayan's. Don't get me wrong though kamayan has a much wider range of dishes but taste wise and the way which the food is cooked cabalen's food outdoes kamayan.

There are other factors involved though, like cabalen's price is much lower than that of the kamayan buffet, which these days has to come with the the saisaki and dad's buffet also.

The dishes are mostly authentic filipino, mostly kapampangan (originating from Pampanga). For less than 300 pesos, this buffet is a steal. They have more than 40 dishes.

I wouldn't advice it for diabetics and those with cardiovascular diseases (hypertension, cardiac problems, problems with thrombosis) as most dishes are either sweet or fatty. The Kapampangan cuisine is known for that. But if you are simply a sweet toothed, this one's for you.

also, they serve some exotic food - fried crickets. I have not tasted those as I think they won't pass through my pharynges!

Favorite Dish: The Mango-tomato salad goes well with most dishes. I also love the paksiw na lechon.

A casual and amiable restaurant of molave wood tables and chairs and folk songs playing in the background, Cabalen serves up traditional Filipino entrees heavy on influences from the Campanga region of central Luzon. Myself a boycotter of buffet meals in general, here, the buffet is the best way to go, offering a thorough sampling of exotic selections. Typical dishes include bopiz (kidney), gatang kohol (snails in coconut milk), ensalata ampalaya (a bitter vegetable with garlic and ginger), and laing (a root vegetable in coconut milk. There's also an abundant choice of pork, beef, and fish stews, as well as Chinese influenced fried lumpia, pinakbet (noodles), and adobos (traditional barbeque). Finish off with some local ice cream or one of the rice-based puddings (yam, corn, or plain milk), or go for broke with the fried banana.
