C' Italian Dining Restaurant may have the best chef in Angeles City, Mr.Chris Locher. He is not really Italian but he loves Italian cuisine and has a passion for cooking them.
The service in the restaurant is also impressive. The waiters listen to the customers carefully and they know the food they are serving very well. Getting a reservation before hand is highly recommended since during weekends the place can be packed with many guests coming from cities in Manila. It is such a terrible predicament to go all the way to Clark with the intention of eating at C’ Italian and not being able to.
Panizza is the specialty of the house, so it is a must to order it. It is a very thin pizza cut into strips, topped with arugula and alfalfa and rolled up with the same technique as you would roll up a newspaper. Like ice cream, panizza comes in different flavors. Being meat lovers, we decided to get Escapadia, which comes with salami, bacon, ham and gorgonzola. This dish definitely did not disappoint. If pizzas have souls and if they believe in reincarnation… then panizza was one hell of a good fella in the past to deserve this good karma.
One of my favorite Italian restaurant which I think is also one of the best in the country is this restaurant in Clark, Pampanga
Voted one of the best restaurant for 2 years in a row by the Philippine Tatler.. though I really do not agree with some of the Tatlers choices, this one I agree with them.
C Italian Dining. The “C” I guess came form the name of the Chef, Chris Locher. Despite not being a true blue Italian, does Italian food really, really well.
Service is excellent, Waiters are attentive and knowledgable of the menu.
Reservations are recommended, because sometimes the place get full and if u are coming from Manila, it would be a waste of time to go there and not having a table.
