It is my first time to eat at Brazil’s Serendra branch. It basically has the same interior design as the one in Rockwell. To capture the culture of Brazil, walls are decorated with vibrant paintings of flowers and masks. A mahogany-type display case exhibits their wine collection. The orange walls actually make the dining room brighter. But the center of attention is the magnanimous column/pillar that plays as the buffet table for the pasta, salad and desserts.
I have to specially mention Roger, who is part of the wait staff, because he provided an outstanding service. Even if it was near their closing time on a busy Friday, his enthusiasm to be of service is impeccable. Quick, efficient and overall a great service was all we got from he who is named Roger. He was highly attentive and very observant. He knew exactly when to do cha-cha and he just comes and go. If there’s a plate need to be changed, he’s right there. I didn’t bring cash so I asked if they accept EPS card and instead of only giving me a flat NO, he gave me directions to where a BPI ATM machine is. I was also amazed how swift the girls who serve the meat move… I guess it takes real training to make it automatic to hold the knife down when moving from table to table.
Brazil serves different kinds of meat: porkloin, hanging tender, frankies, squid, spareribs, etc. They even have grilled banana and pineapples –which is my favorite! Grilled fruits are really delicious!

Brazil, Brazil is great place to feast on meat, vegetarians need not apply. Servers hop from table to table offering various kinds of meats fresh off the fire. They keep slicing and dumping chunks of meat on your plate until you tell them to stop. Aside from the meat they also have roasted corn on the cob, and roasted fruits like pineapples and bananas which all complement the flavorful meats perfectly.
There is also a buffet table where you can get appetizers, side dishes, and desserts -- stuff like salads, pasta, and cakes. The 2-sided yoyo system (red for stop and green for go) is also very novel, you can even take the yoyo home as a souvenir. Red side up means the servers stop coming to your table, Green side up means they keep approaching with all sorts of roasted goodies.
Pricey, meaty, and well... yummy! The only downside is smelling like roasted meat yourself when you leave the restaurant.

The buffet ar Brazil Brazil is a meat eaters delight. You get the meat sliced for you at tableside.
At P700+/head, you may be better off in a full service buffet which has many combinations and arguably better cuts of meat (depending on which buffet you go to).
It's a fun experience and the food is okay.
